• Start “Fireside Chats” for new members. Jim Lester volunteered to make his home available for the meetings.
• Increase membership by 5 Rotarians. This goal would make up for the members that left last year and increase the membership by two.
• Assign Packer games to individual club members to find volunteers.
• Increase club contributions to the Rotary Foundation by 10%
• Continue our support of Polio Plus
• Send at least 2 members to the International Conference in Chicago
• Revive the Spring Rummage sale in 2005. The rummage sale was not held last year do to a lack of volunteers.
• Receive a Simplified Grant to provide a new photocopy machine for TREP
• Publicize testimonials from past Rotary Exchange students about the value of the exchange experience.
