You Are A Greeter!!!!

I'm a what? A greeter! Each week, a Rotarian will be assigned to serve as a greeter for our meetings. Greeters are asked to arrive about 5 minutes early and be near the door. There are two primary responsibilities; see that visitors are made welcome and introduced to others and take attendence (this will be are official attendence record). Ron Stangel has produced a form to be used. It has blanks for listing the names of visiting Rotarians, visiting guest and students. It also lists all of the members showing when they are assigned as a greeter and this same list will serve as the attendence list (circle the x or the name if present). We would like to have the correct spelling of all guests for listing in the news letter. You may be called on by the chair to introduce guests who are not otherwise with a Rotarian. Please also point out Ned Jacquart or other officers for visiting Rotarians to pay for their lunch ($7.75). At the end of the meeting, turn the list over to Secretary, Colleen Inman or another officer. There is a clip board in the Rotary cabinet with forms. DON'T FORGET TO WEAR YOUR GRIN - and your pin!
