What is Two Rivers Rotary and what do we do?
We are the first service club in the city, chartered by Rotary International in 1923 and our members actively contribute time, talent and treasure to local, national and international needs.
Service Projects
•YOUTH EXCHANGE- assist outbound youth to a foreign country and host an inbound youth for a year
•FUND RAISING DINNER AND AUCTION- provide proceeds to the designated recipient
•ROTARY FOUNDATION- recipient of contributions for international service projects
•SENIOR CENTER VOLUNTEER DINNER- sponsor
•BIG BROTHERS/SISTERS BOWL-A-THON- participant and contributor
•SCHOLARSHIP- to high school graduate’s school of choice
•WORLD AFFAIRS SEMINAR- sponsor youth to learn about world understanding and peace
•STUDENT ROTARIAN- guest at our weekly meetings to learn about service clubs
• BADGER BOYS STATE- sponsor a youth to learn leadership and political skills
•INTERACT CLUB- at Two Rivers High School-provides an opportunity for students to get in the habit
of service to others, learn leadership and community service responsibility
•MEALS ON WHEELS- deliver 500 meals annually
•SALVATION ARMY CHRISTMAS BELL RINGING- provide 20 hours annually
•MARITIME TRAIL- clean up periodically
•OTHERS- projects are added or change regularly
These projects are made possible through fundraising activities including the following:

•ROTARY FOUNDATION - member contributions.
•LOBSTERFEST- volunteer, sell tickets and participate
•SENIOR CENTER VOLUNTEER DINNER- ads in program and participate
•ROSE SALE- sell and distribute
•SUPER BOWL RAFFLE- sell tickets
•SCHOLARSHIP FUND
•BIG BROTHERS/SISTERS BOWL-A-THON- participate and contribute.
•CANDY BAR SALES- distribute bars & collect funds
•COUNTY FAIR- ticket taking
What do we expect of our members?
•Attend a minimum of 60% of the meetings held Monday from Noon to 1:15 PM. Meeting are important
opportunities for camaraderie, networking and active participation in club management and affairs.
•Participate in assigned periodic duties such a meeting greeters and program chairs.
•Became involved in various committees and take roles in the club management.
•Consider contributing to the Rotary Foundation which funds international humanitarian projects.
•Become knowledgeable about the Object of Rotary, the Four Way Test, Guiding Principles and other
Rotary basics and attend an orientations session when provided by the club.
•Recruit other members.
•Pay quarterly dues of $139 per quarter including $8 for each meal (subject to change).
